Accommodations and Meals:

Contact The Inn at the Shaker Mill Farm directly to make arrangements for accommodations. 20 rooms, all with private baths and air conditioning, are available at The Inn at very reasonable rates. All rooms are not created equal so register early to get your favorite. Room priority goes to those staying additional nights. Ground floor rooms are given to those with a medical need.
Single occupancy rate is $490 for five nights and includes three meals each day from Wednesday to Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Dinner is available Tuesday night for an additional $25, advance reservations for Tuesday dinner are required.

Double occupancy rate is $400 per person for five nights and includes three meals each day from Wednesday to Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday. Dinner is available Tuesday night for an additional $25, advance reservations for Tuesday dinner are required.

The single rooms on the third floor are also available for a $40 discount off the regular single occupancy rate or stay free for an extra night.

Any person who stays five nights can stay a sixth night for $40. Extra nights include a light continental breakfast.

All prices include tax and service fee.

Food:

  • Eggs will be served at breakfast.
  • Meat or fish or beans will be provided at lunch and dinner.
  • There will be a vegetarian dish at lunch and dinner.
  • Vegetables and salad will be served at lunch and dinner each day.
  • Milk and almond milk will be generally available.
  • If you need nuts during breaks, please bring your own.
  • Anyone with very special food needs, should bring what they require with them. A refrigerator will be available for your use.

Cancellation Policy:

A full refund will be issued, minus a $35 processing fee, if we are notified 7 days prior to the seminar.
